Teacher’s Sexual Allegations Affidavit Released

This morning, the affidavit of Peabody-Burns High School teacher has been released. The affidavit describes in detail the sexual allegations between Christopher Young and two female students.

Young was in a sexual relationship with two students at the same time. The two students knew about each other’s relationship. One night, the three of them had sex and slept at Young’s home. Chris Young then drove both girls to school in the morning.

One of the students had been having sexual relations with Young for months. The student would sneak Chris Young into her home and sleep at Chris Young’s trailer. In late December, Chris Young gave the student a promise ring.

Coming from a rough family, the student never had much guidance or supervision at home. Her relationship with her father and mother was virtually non-existent. She lived with her half brother in a farmhouse in Marion County. Her friend mentions that the student may be a “flight risk”.

The school has been cooperating with authorities from the beginning of the investigation. Looking back at their cameras, they have found Chris Young participating in inappropriate acts at the school. He has been alone with the students in his classroom, with the door locked. Also, the school has noticed Chris Young sneaking around with the students during school hours.

Police conducted a search warrant of Chris Young’s phone as well as the two student’s. They found nude photos and text messages that the students sent bragging about their relationship.

One of the students had Chris Young at their house to help babysit her younger brother. The brother was shown a picture of Chris Young and confirmed that he was the one watching him. The three of them played and cooked and watched movies.

The students received health examinations. It was confirmed that there had been sexual intercourse between the students and Chris Young.

The next preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 16th.
